1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
dash salt
1 egg white
1/3 cup skim milk
2 T cooking oil
- Mix ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon batter into 1 3/4-inch muffin cups sprayed with non-stick coating until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 425* for 10-12 minutes.
- Makes 12 puffs (69 calories)
